20 Hr Break In Change the engine oil and filter. • Change the engine oil and filter. • Change the transmission fluid and filter. ZF Marine requires changing the transmission fluid and filter maintain warranty. Every 100 hours or annually. • Touch up the paint on the power package. • Change the engine oil and filter. • Change the transmission fluid (ZF Transmission Models). • Replace the water separating fuel filter element. • Clean the flame arrestor, IAC muffler (MPI engines) Clean crankcase Clean ventilation hoses. Inspect the PCV valve • Inspect the condition and the tension of the belts. • Check the coolant level and antifreeze concentration. Every 300 hours or 3 years • Check the engine mounts for tightness and tighten to specifications if necessary. • Check the electrical system for loose, damaged, or corroded fasteners. • Check the cooling system and the exhaust system hose clamps for tightness. Inspect both systems for damage or leaks. • Disassemble and inspect the seawater pump and replace worn conponents. • Clean the seawater section of the closed cooling system. Clean, inspect,and test the pressure cap. • Inspect the exhaust system components. The second annual Yacht Show at National Harbor, May 29-31, will be a very special event in a spectacular venue. The show takes place at the new and modern harbor on the Potomac River. This expansive display will be located on the Awakening Plaza, the heart of the harbor. Fine yachts of all sizes, boating equipment, accessories, clothing, and jewelry are all part of the show. Displays will include car top boats for those with active lifestyles and capable tenders for the yacht owner. All exhibitors are housed in covered booths spanning the full length of the main pier. The marina will be full of cruising and charter yachts. The historic "Miss Ann" will be dock side opposite a waterside cocktail lounge with continuous entertainment. Sit back; enjoy the water view and the continuous entertainment of Deanna Dove with her guitar and vocal stories of the Chesapeake Bay and California performer Matt Jacobs doing his rendition of boating and Caribbean tunes.
